SSI Board members arriving on Thursday Jan 10
- The SSI Board meeting starts at 14:00h. Light food and drinks will be served in the meeting room.
- Plan to arrive 13:38h at Grindelwald latest. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. A hotel bus will collect heavy luggage.
- 20:00h: Dinner with everybody present

Speakers arriving on Thursday Jan 10
- Plan to arrive 18:38h at Grindelwald latest. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. A hotel bus will collect heavy luggage.
- 19:00h: Welcome aperitif, followed by information session for speakers and scientific committee. Location: Conference room level -1
- 20:00h: Dinner with everybody present

Participants arriving on Friday Jan 11
- Plan to arrive 09:38h or 10:08h at Grindelwald latest. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. A hotel bus will collect heavy luggage.
- Please register for the meeting at the Sunstar hotel. Coffee will be served.

Networking time and side meetings; room requirements
The programme includes a time slot for networking on Saturday Jan 12 in the afternoon, from 14:00h to 16:00h.

Any changes regarding chosen arrival, departure or optional bookings must be communicated to us. Do not contact the seminar hotel directly.
Please note that the cancellation deadline expired December 11. For cancellations arriving now, we will keep your registration fee.
Hotel
Like last year, the meeting is full, with 200 participants and many partners and children. Most people will stay at the meeting hotel
- Sunstar Hotel, Dorfstrasse 168, 3818 Grindelwald
25 rooms have been booked next door at the
- Parkhotel Schönegg, Dorfstrasse 161, 3818 Grindelwald
Note: This is just accross the street. The hotel is at the same level as the Sunstar and has the same facilities. Those staying at the Parkhotel will be informed beforehand.
Breakfast
For those staying at the Parkhotel: Breakfast will be served at your hotel.
Lunch & Dinner
Sunstar Hotel for everybody. Both Friday and Saturday will be buffet style. There will be options for vegetarians on the buffet.
Parking
- Sunstar: free outside; CHF15/day covered
- Schönegg: free outside
Partners & children
- Extra charges for partners and children will be charged by the hotel at check-out.
