Dear Challenge in Virology participants,

This is a short update regarding the upcoming Challenge in Virology meeting in Grindelwald. 

Programme

Location
Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald. To allow a smooth registration, please plan to arrive in Grindelwald on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 09:38 latest. Welcome coffee will be served. 
As last year, some participants will receive a room at the Parkhotel Schönegg across the street. Participants with a room at the Schönegg will be informed by us beforehand.

Options update
Please note that we have no more capacity for attendees with more than one child.
If you wish to update, change or cancel reserved options, please contact me via e-mail to secretary@safe-id.ch

Cancellation 
If you wish to cancel your registration, fees minus 75 CHF handling charges will be refunded, provided the cancellation is made by e-mail by December 31, 2019 / 12:00 CET latest to secretary@safe-id.ch. No refund will be made for cancellations arriving after Dec 31, 2019 12:00 CET
